• Scenario-based practical exercises

• Legitimation: You must bring a valid ID and a smartphone for registration and digital evaluation.
• Physical Fitness: You must be physically capable of performing practical exercises, including CPR (which requires kneeling on both knees) and moving victims.
• Physical Contact: During the training, you will alternately act as a rescuer and a victim (e.g., for bandaging exercises).

Upon successful completion, you are an officially trained Emergency Response Officer. You will have the skills to provide life-saving first aid, operate an AED, extinguish starting fires, and coordinate a safe evacuation. Your ability to act under pressure ensures a safer working environment for everyone in your organization.

After passing the practical assessments, you will receive the G4S Emergency Response Officer certificate. This certificate is legally recognized and meets the standards of the Dutch Working Conditions Act (Arbowet). The certification is valid for one year, after which an annual refresher course is required to maintain your skills and valid status.
